This restaurant has now confirmed its place as one of the finest Italians in Marbella. Family run it offers fine dining Italian style with such fabulous dishes as Pan Seared Scallops with Chorizo and Cauliflower Purée to start, or the ubiquitous Salmon Tartare but with Avocado Mousse and Pickled Vegetables. There are also half-a-dozen Pasta dishes as you would expect including an unusual Garganelli Pasta with Italian Sausage Ragout, with Cream and Chilli. Mains are small in number, but eminently exciting and elegantly presented. A delightful Tuna Steak dusted with Pink Peppercorns and served with a Sicilian Caponata and an Orange Wine Glaze or a hearty Rack of Lamb with a Pistachio and Mustard crust with a cherry glaze. How can you finish an Italian inspired dinner without a dessert such as Tiramisú or Warm Chocolate Fondant with Pistachio Ice Cream. Wine list is reasonably priced with some good Italians as you would expect. In fact the prices are good and reflect their surroundings
