TripAdvisor launches its list of the 10 best restaurants in the world (according to them!) Top of the pile is the three Michelin starred Epicure in Paris. At only around 100€ per person it doesn’t seem over expensive if it’s as good as the critics say. (click on our colleague Paris by Mouth to read some independent reviews)
Second on their list was Villa Crespi, in Orta San Guilio, Italy.
Fifth was the most famous restaurant in Spain, El Celler Can Roca in Girona one of three Spanish restaurants on the list. Martin Berasategui in Lasarte came in at No 7 and Disfrutar in Barcelona was a respectable No 8.
Only two British restaurants made the ‘hit list’, people in Birmingham have Adam’s
at sixth place and The Black Swan at Olstead was the penultimate listing.
If any of our esteemed readers have visited any of these restaurants we would love to hear from you.
I suppose if I won the Euromillions I would spend my last remaining years eating my way around the top twenty restaurants in the world!!
Or would I?
