Had a few off cuts of raw pork and turkey breast so I cut them up and placed in a blender with onion, garlic, salt and pepper, a couple of cloves and some chilli. Mould together into small balls. Gently fry in a pan with olive oil, a little white onion stalks chopped and aubergine (anything you want to use up really, I just happened to have aubergine) Add some fresh chillies, Ketjap Manis (or sweet soy sauce) dash of fish sauce, lime leaves and lemon grass, plus a good dollop of peanut butter. Stir well and add some coconut milk! Quick, Easy and Tasty.
