Finely slice any vegetables you may have:

Leek or White Onion, Green Beans, Broccoli, Green Pepper, Carrot, Mushrooms

Chop some garlic add to a pan with a little oil , add the raw chicken pieces and sautée. Add some chillies, salt and red pepper powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, small handful of salted peanuts and a dollop of peanut butter.

Blanch some noodles or similar and add to the mix and serve!
