This really is so simple but tasty. Chop up cold leftover chicken, place in a hot wok with a dessert spoon of honey. When caramelised, remove and keep aside. Add some oil to the wok, finely cut strips of spring onions (use the stalks from white onions ) and/or finely cut strips of leek, carrot and garlic finely chopped. Couple of chopped chillis. Finely sliced green pepper, thick sliced mushrooms and small brocolli florets. Sautée all together and add some Ketjap Mani (or dark soy) some oyster sauce and cooked noodles or spaghetti and the chicken. Y Voilá
