These combinations are fabulous.  You can make it a bit spicier if you prefer, by adding a liitle chilli, but I liked it the way it was.

Suits a 500 gm Lubina (Sea Bass) or Dorada. Mine was the latter.

one whole fish to choice

Yoghurt 

Salt-to taste

Ginger garlic paste 

White wine Vinegar

Black pepper powder 

Oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Clean the fish (it has to be whole. The fish counter will do this for you.)

Make 2-3 shallow incisions on each side of fish. And after making the marinade, marinate for

2 hours in fridge.

Step 3

Remove from the fridge and place in a preheated oven to 180 F for 15 to 20 minutes

Step 2

make the marinade:

Yoghurt -1cup

Salt-to taste

Ginger garlic paste – 10gms

Vinegar- 10ml

Black pepper powder -5g

Oil- 20 ml

Mix all ingredients into a paste

Fill the cuts in the fish and inside 

Step 4

Serve with a spicy salad or coriander baby potatoes.
